Blog 1: My Autobiography

Hi! My name is Fernando José Manosalva Volke. I was born in Puerto Montt, on August 17th 2000. My dad, Juan, is from Concepción, and my mom, Marietta, is from Puerto Montt, where they met. I grew up in a little village called Ñadi, near from Osorno, on my first four years of life. Then, in 2004, I moved to a house in the country side, where my mother's family lived, on the outskirts of Puerto Montt. I still living there until now.

I have changed of school three times in my life. First I studied in the German Institute of Puerto Montt, until fourth grade. Then I arrived to the Montessori School, where I went by two years. In 2013 I started studying in the Liceo de Hombres Manuel Montt, until the middle of 2015. I finished the high school in the San Francisco Javier College of Puerto Montt, in 2018.

In 2019 I was accepted by the University of Chile and I started studying Sound Engineering. I hope to get the necessary experience and knowledge to join the world of the musical creation in the future, because I always have been interested in the way the music influences in how we feel, and also some day start creating beautiful music.

I'm very united with my family, I think because we are a lot of people: four brothers and one sister. I'm the oldest of my siblings. After me is Juan Francisco. He is seventeen. Then come Alonso and Jaime. They are thirteen and twelve. The last one of us is my little sister Anastasia. She is ten years old. I always miss them when I' m in Santiago.

I like the good stories. Because of that I always have enjoyed to see movies, series and reading books. I also like to listen to music, playing violin and drawing.
